The typical closet project takes us about 3-4 hours depending on the size of the closet and intricacy of installation of products needed.
One of the biggest values we provide to our clients is helping them cleanse their space. While the idea of purging items you no longer need sounds easy to some, it is a daunting task for many. We can help you edit and cleanse your space. This can be useful for preparing to organize, preparing for a remodel or move, clearing out a loved ones estate, helping a seller rid of extra clutter in order to stage and sell their home, or while downsizing spaces.
We can often times transform a space by just moving things around and using textiles we find from around your home in ways you may not have thought of. Sometimes this means mid day we hit Target within your budget for key items that help give a space the right vibe.
Let's get your pantry and fridge's dialed in! I can suggest optimal product and systems that will actually stay that way by the whole family. Typical product needed for a fridge and pantry up to $300 +/- depending on material requirements of client and amount of product needed.
We can organize your entire office including creating or improving any current filing systems for house hold documents.
We have overhauled an entire garage in 4 hours before. In order to maximize our time, we suggest our clients purge and donate everything that they know for certain they can before having us begin to work the area. Often times an additional purge will happen as we work through the space with our clients. Garage projects typically happen in two sessions.

Sourcing up to 7 items with up to 4 rounds of product searches. Whatever it is that you are looking for, I can find it, whether it can be found in the deep trenches of the internet or at your local big box store, I love finding the right piece for any space.
For an additional service, Morgan will style items sourced on-site.
We love customized projects that aren't so straight forward or require both design work and project management! Let's discuss your project goals in more detail so we can provide you with our fee and a pretty good estimate of other costs involved upfront.
When billing hourly on a project, we have a 3 hour minimum. When billing by project a 50% retainer is required to begin your project. The last 50% is payable when the project is completed. While we can help you book a handyman to hang items and art, we provide no warranties to work performed and the cost of said handyman is additional to the cost of Morgan's fees per project.
